By registering or using any service provided by Delta Hosting, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Delta Hosting provides web hosting, VPS servers, game servers, domain registration, and other related digital services.

All services are delivered according to the specifications of the selected package.

3. User Account

The user is responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of their account credentials.

4. Prohibited Use

It is strictly prohibited to use Delta Hosting services for any illegal or harmful activities.

This includes, but is not limited to: spam, phishing, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, hacking activities, network scanning, or any form of system or resource abuse.

Hosting illegal content is strictly forbidden, including warez (pirated) scripts, content related to child exploitation, pornography, illegal materials, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content.

Delta Hosting does not provide management services for VPS, websites, or game servers. The user is fully responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance of their software, except for the initial operating system installation on VPS services.

In case of violation of these rules, Delta Hosting reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the service without prior notice.

5. Resource Usage

In shared hosting environments, users must use server resources fairly without excessive consumption that affects other clients.

In case of abuse, services may be limited or suspended.

6. Backups and Data

Users are responsible for their own data and are advised to regularly create backups.

Delta Hosting does not guarantee recovery of lost data caused by technical issues, hardware failures, or user errors.

7. Payments and Refunds

All services must be paid in advance.

Refunds may be issued only for web hosting services within 24 hours of activation, unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Delta Hosting shall not be held responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or damages caused by third parties, hardware failures, or external factors.

9. Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate services in case of violation of these terms or system abuse.

10. Changes

Delta Hosting reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of changes.
